A patient-facing application that lets you retrieve your own health records from your health system via Epic's patient-access FHIR APIs (SMART on FHIR). You log in with your own MyChart credentials and consent to read-only access; the app never sees your password and cannot modify your record.
Data collected: the clinical data you authorize (conditions, medications, allergies, labs, vitals, immunizations, procedures, visits, clinical notes). Data is stored only on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to or retained by any third party.
